Do I need a subscription?

No. Live view, 2-way audio and motion alerts work through the free Boykeep app. You can also record to a microSD card (sold separately) using the camera's card slot.

Which app does TailWatch 360 use?

TailWatch 360 works with the free Boykeep app, available on the App Store and Google Play. The app and camera may show the Boykeep name.

What do I need to use it?

A WiFi network (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and an iPhone or Android smartphone.

How is it powered?

It comes with a USB power cable. Plug it into any USB phone charger (5V) or a nearby USB port.

Can I use it for things other than pets?

Yes. It also works as a baby monitor or an indoor home camera. It's designed for indoor use only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship free from a US warehouse. Typical delivery is about 11 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's in like-new condition with all parts. Contact us first so we can give you the return address. See our Return Policy.
