30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The camera should be in like-new condition with all included parts. To start a return, contact us first. Please don't send items back without contacting us, because we'll give you the correct return address.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
Damaged or defective items
If your camera arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refund timing
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank.
