Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Your order ships from a US warehouse. Typical total delivery time is about 11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and the holiday season can occasionally add a few days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is well past its estimated delivery date or appears lost, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help resolve it.
